Qualifications

• 4-8 years of troubleshooting and maintenance repair experience.
• High School/GED required; Associates Degree preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
• Proficient with measuring devices, gauges, fixtures.
• Experience troubleshooting and fixing PLC programs.
• Ability to troubleshoot and fix robotic failures.
• Ability to identify, solve problems and multi-task under deadlines.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Verifiable electronic background.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and analyze complex electrical and mechanical equipment failures.
• Dismantle, repair, and assemble electrical and mechanical components.
• Learn and operate production equipment to understand the process.
• Support plant manufacturing equipment and projects.
• Perform reactive and preventative maintenance as required.
• Read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Troubleshoot and fix robotic failures.
• Maintain a clean and safe workplace per 6S standards.
• Train others as assigned.
