Grassland Dairy Products, Inc. is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Technician for 1st shift to maintain and troubleshoot equipment powering one of the nation’s leading dairy facilities.

Role involves hands-on work across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, including PLCs and drives, with growth opportunities and competitive pay in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting experience.
• Experience diagnosing PLC and drive systems.
• Ability to install and test new machinery and robotic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair production machinery, including PLC issues and AC/DC drives.
• Perform preventive maintenance following safety standards.
• Install and assemble new machinery and robotic equipment using schematics and manuals.
• Modify, calibrate, and upgrade existing equipment to improve efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance using CMS software.
