Mindscope is hiring a 1st Shift Maintenance Technician - 480V Electrical & Industrial Fluid Power in Two Rivers, WI. This permanent, full-time role offers a starting salary of $66,560 per year and a 4-day work week (Mon-Thu, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM) with occasional Friday overtime.

You will diagnose, repair, and maintain 45+ production presses and 480V three-phase systems, including AC/DC drives, hydraulics, pneumatics, SSR relays, and basic PLCs, ensuring equipment reliability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industrial electro-mechanical maintenance experience.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and fluid power prints.
• Experience with 480V three-phase systems, AC/DC drives, hydraulics, and pneumatics.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex production machinery up to 480V three-phase.
• Lead preventative maintenance and maintain equipment reliability.
• Dismantle and repair machinery using proper lifting and hand tools.
