  • Dismantle & Rebuild Machinery: Utilize overhead cranes, hoists, and precision hand tools to disassemble malfunctioning equipment, perform component repairs, and execute safe reassembly.
  • Collaborate with Plant Leadership: Partner directly with plant management and engineering to minimize unplanned downtime, manage critical spare parts, and assist with machinery installations.
  • Maintain Detailed Repair Logs: Track equipment maintenance histories, document part consumption, and maintain structured diagnostic data to ensure continuous machine reliability.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements & Qualifications)
  • Industrial Maintenance Depth: 2+ years of industrial electro-mechanical maintenance experience in a job shop or high-volume manufacturing environment.
  • Electrical & Fluid Power Fluency: Practical capability reading electrical schematics, interpreting fluid power prints, and troubleshooting 480V three-phase power, AC/DC drives, sensors, SSR relays, pumps, and basic PLC systems.
  • Self-Directed Problem Solver: Confidence to work independently on the floor, tackle complex equipment faults, and take full ownership of machinery health.
  • Reliability & Safety Mindset: Rock-solid work history with an exceptional attendance record and an unyielding commitment to shop safety protocols.
  • Location & Authorization: U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder residing within a comfortable daily driving distance of Two Rivers, WI and the surrounding Lakeshore region.
