Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills including performance management and interviewing.
• Experience and understanding of warehouse operations, DOT, OSHA, HazMat regulations.
• Ability to motivate a team, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and supervise distribution center tasks to ensure accurate shipping, receiving, storage, and recording.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies and reduce costs.
• Analyze warehouse metrics and prepare reports using Microsoft Office and existing systems.
• Supervise and lead a team.
• Monitor and adjust schedules and workloads to boost efficiency.
• Participate in hiring and management of distribution center staff.
• Ensure high level of customer service and improve service quality for employees, vendors and suppliers.
• Motivate team and uphold local and company goals.
• Maintain a safety culture aligned with HS&E policies and escalate issues as needed.
• Prioritize workflow and ensure standards and regulatory codes are met; use performance systems to improve.
• Perform additional duties as required.
