Job summary

Veritiv Corporation seeks a capable supervisor to plan, direct, and monitor day-to-day operations in our distribution center. You will lead a team to ship, receive, store, and record goods accurately, while identifying efficiency gains and cost savings opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of related supervisory/management experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED; associate/bachelor’s preferred.
• Familiarity with DOT, OSHA, HazMat regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and supervise distribution center tasks to ship, receive, store and record accurately.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies and reduce costs.
• Analyze warehouse metrics and prepare reports using MS Office and systems.
• Supervise and lead a team and manage schedules and workloads.
• Participate in hiring and develop distribution center staff.
