Job summary

Georgia-Pacific's Asheboro, NC corrugated plant seeks a 1st shift Corrugator Supervisor. This role covers supervising on the factory floor, promoting safety, and driving quality and production on a Monday–Friday 7am–3pm schedule with weekends as needed.

The ideal candidate has supervisory manufacturing experience and a Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, business, or engineering. KIWI application experience is a plus, and the role emphasizes leadership, process improvement, and collaboration

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in a manufacturing, industrial or military environment.
• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, business, or engineering.
• Experience working with KIWI application.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety: lead on the operating floor, identify hazards and implement mitigations.
• Coach, train and develop operations personnel in safety, quality, production, and communication.
• Ensure best practices to minimize waste at machine centers and maintain on-time production.
