Engineered Cabs in Rochester, Minnesota is seeking a Conveyor Assembler for the 1st shift. The role involves assembling product using a variety of tools, prints, routings, ARIs, and supervision guidance to meet safety, quality and delivery targets.

The ideal candidate will be able to read and follow routing instructions, operate hand tools, and maintain accurate material counts. Prior assembly or manufacturing experience is preferred, with attention to safety and efficiency in a noisy plant

Qualificações

• English language proficiency required, both written and spoken.
• Ability to read routings, work orders, ARIs and prints.
• Experience with hand tools used in assembly.
• Prior manufacturing/assembly experience is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Receive job instruction from supervisor.
• Observe operator proficiency and re-instruct when necessary.
• Maintain accurate counts on materials, parts and supplies.
• Maintain an adequate supply of parts to ensure flow of work.
• Report labor and job data accurately.
• Maintain quality, safety and efficiency.
• Maintain clean and neat work area.
• Perform other duties as required by supervision.
