Job summary

Crenlo Engineered Cabs is seeking an Operator to contribute to safety, quality, and delivery targets in Rochester, MN. The role involves assembling products with various tools, following routings and ARIs, and collaborating with supervision to meet production goals.

Responsibilities include receiving instructions, maintaining material flow, and ensuring accurate labor data while upholding clean, safe work areas and adherence to quality standards.

Qualifications

• A good command of the English language is required, both written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.
• Ability to read and understand routings/work orders, ARIs, prints, BOMs and safety notifications.
• Ability to use applicable hand tools such as torque wrenches and screwdrivers.

Responsibilities

• Receive job instruction from supervisor.
• Observe operator proficiency and re-instruct when necessary.
• Operate material handling equipment.
• Maintain accurate counts on materials, parts and supplies, report discrepancies to supervisor.
• Maintain an adequate supply of parts and material to workstations to ensure uninterrupted flow of work.
• Report labor and job data accurately.
• Maintain quality, safety and efficiency.
• Maintain clean and neat work area.
• Perform other duties within the department or plant as required by supervision.
