Job summary

MOHR Talent is seeking a 1st Shift CNC Setup Operator in King of Prussia, PA. Set up and operate CNC and manual lathes, mills, and turning centers to produce precision pump components to close tolerances.

Schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, with no mandatory overtime; voluntary overtime available on weekdays and occasional Saturdays. Benefits start day one, including life insurance and PTO.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of machining experience.
• Able to perform difficult setups and run machines independently.
• Comfortable reading engineering prints with GD&T.
• Skilled with precision measuring instruments.
• High school diploma or equivalent; trade/technical certification a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC and manual lathes, mills, and turning centers.
• Produce precision pump components to close tolerances.
• Work a variety of parts and setups with minimal supervision.
• Read and interpret engineering prints including GD&T.
• Use micrometers, calipers, and gauges for inspection.
• Maintain quality and safety standards.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.

King of Prussia, PA | $26–$30/hr | Mon-Fri - 6:30 am - 3:00 pm | Direct Hire

Done with nights and weekends? So are we.

If you're a skilled machinist grinding through second or third shift, this is your way out. This is a straight first shift position.Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, with no mandatory overtime. Voluntary overtime available if you want the extra money, weekdays and occasional Saturdays

The work
