MOHR Talent in Grandville, MI is seeking a CNC Machinist to operate Swiss-style and Mill/Turn CNC lathes, producing high-precision parts across multiple shifts. This role emphasizes quality, safety, and teamwork.

You will read blueprints, perform in-process inspections, and collaborate with setup techs and supervisors to ensure first-pass quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of CNC operation experience; Swiss-style experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, work instructions, and quality requirements.
• Familiarity with measurement tools — calipers, micrometers, gauges.
• Strong GD&T and math skills required.

What You'll Do

• Operate CNC Swiss-style and Mill/Turn lathes to produce precision parts
