Job summary

MOHR Talent is seeking a 1st Shift CNC Setup Operator in Allentown, PA. You will set up and operate CNC and manual lathes, mills, and turning centers to produce precision pump components.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of machining experience, can read engineering prints with GD&T, and uses micrometers, calipers, and gauges. High school diploma or equivalent required; trade certification a plus. Equal opportunity employer.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC and manual lathes, mills, and turning centers.
• Produce precision pump components to close tolerances.
• Work a variety of parts and setups, no two days exactly the same.
• Read and interpret engineering prints including GD&T.
• Use precision measurement instruments like micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
• Maintain quality and safety standards.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.

1st Shift - CNC Setup Operator
Allentown, PA | $26–$30/hr | Mon-Fri - 6:30 am - 3:00 pm | Direct Hire

Done with nights and weekends? So are we.

If you're a skilled machinist grinding through second or third shift, this is your way out. This is a straight first shift position.Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 3:00 pm, with no mandatory overtime. Voluntary overtime available if you want the extra money, weekdays and occasional Saturdays
