Job summary

HM Solutions, Inc. is seeking a dedicated General Cleaner for the 1st shift. The role focuses on keeping facilities clean, safe, and well-maintained across environments, with a start time of 8:00 am and a finish at 3:00 pm.

Responsibilities include regular cleaning tasks, special projects, stocking supplies, and reporting repairs. Candidates should have janitorial experience, floor care skills, and physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial experience required.
• 1 year experience with buffing, stripping and waxing floors.
• Experience with carpet cleaning and floor scrubber machine.
• Must be able to lift 25–30 lbs.
• Be very detailed and organized.

Responsibilities

• Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning).
• Carry out cleaning tasks and special projects as assigned.
• Notify Account Manager of any repair needs.
• Stock and maintain supply rooms.
• Cooperate with all staff.
• Follow health and safety regulations.
