Job summary

QPS Employment Group has a great Cell Operator position available in Glendale, MO. This is a 1st shift position with the opportunity for hire after the probation period.

You will operate and tend to specialized production equipment, perform routine maintenance, and conduct quality inspections. You will also package finished goods and collaborate with the production team to resolve issues, maintaining a clean, safe work area.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing or production.
• Detail-oriented and quality-focused.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Shift: 1st

Hours: 6:00am-2:30pm (Mon-Fri)

Cell Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Operate and tend to specialized production equipment and machinery.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on production equipment.
• Conduct quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process.
• Carefully package finished goods to protect them during shipping and handling.
• Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to support a safe and efficient work environment.

Cell Operator Requirements:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production setting, with a focus on machine operation and packaging.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work both independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one.
• The work may involve standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 lbs., and operating various tools and equipment. Appropriate personal protective equipment will be provided.
