Qualifications

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production setting with machine operation and packaging.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and work both independently and as part of a team.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one.
Standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs with PPE provided.

Responsibilities

Operate and tend to specialized production equipment and machinery.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on production equipment.
Conduct quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process.
Carefully package finished goods to protect them during shipping and handling.
Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to support a safe and efficient work environment.
