Job summary

Leisure Living is seeking a dedicated Care Specialist to provide and coordinate resident care, ensuring quality delivery. You will lead the care team, participate in orientation, and maintain documentation to support patient safety and satisfaction.

You will administer medications per orders, update plans, and assist with daily activities, fostering a respectful, safe environment for residents. Prior experience and CPR/First Aid within 30 days are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification within 30 days of hire.
• Experience with care team settings and resident care.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office and care software.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate resident care to ensure quality care.
• Serve as resource for team members and participate in care team training.
• Administer medications per physician orders and policies.
• Review physician orders using eMAR with pharmacy support.
• Complete daily charting and reporting, and participate in activities.
