Job summary
PD Instore in New Hope, MN is seeking a full-time production associate to operate woodworking machines, trim joints, bore holes, and assemble components. The role emphasizes quality, safety, and efficiency in a busy factory setting.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 years of manufacturing experience, with strong attention to detail and the ability to follow directions and meet tight deadlines. On-site, first shift with potential for growth.

Responsibilities
- Operates woodworking machines such as power saws, jointer, planer, and shaper, to cut and shape parts from wood stock
- Trims component parts of joints to ensure snug fit
- Bores holes for insertion of screws or dowels
- Glues, fits, and clamps parts and subassemblies together to form a complete unit
- Drives nails or other fasteners into joints at designated places to reinforce joints
- Sands and scrapes surfaces and joints of articles to prepare articles for finishing
- Installs hardware such as hinges, catches, and drawer
- Fosters a culture that values family, innovation, collaboration and empowerment
- Follows all safety and workplace policies
