Cleveland Steel Container in Streetsboro, OH is seeking a 1st shift Machine Operator for Auto Press equipment (HAAR, Minster or Aida) to join a production-driven team.

Responsibilities include setting up and operating the press, performing daily checks and routine maintenance, maintaining clean work areas, and adhering to safety protocols while delivering quality parts on a fast-paced line. The role offers steady hours and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year manufacturing machine operation experience.
• Strong communications skills.
• Ability to work well as a team.
• Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Properly set up and operate the Manufacturing Machine.
• Complete verification procedures and daily/weekly/monthly maintenance.
• Maintain housekeeping around the machine and work area.
• Follow safety requirements while setting up, operating, and maintaining equipment.
• Maintain tools for setup, operation and maintenance of the machine.
• Be trained in material handling and forklift duties.
• Collaborate with plant personnel to ensure efficient operation.
• Assist Manufacturing Manager with other duties as required.
