Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience reading blueprints and using tape measures.
• Proven ability to work with hand and power tools.
• Detail-oriented and accurate in fast-paced environments.
• Strong teamwork and Lean manufacturing mindset.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Follow and complete daily build schedule.
• Bolt, clip, screw, or fasten parts by hand or using tools.
• Read prints and use a tape measure.
• Tend machines and use impact wrenches to assemble parts.
• Work at different work stations as production needs require.
• Monitor tasks and suggest quality improvements.
• Follow safety regulations and wear PPE.
• Additional duties as required.
