Qualifications

• Read prints and use a tape measure as required.
• Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
• Capable of embracing a culture of Lean Manufacturing and implementation of change.
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow and complete daily build schedule.
• Bolt, clip, screw, cement, or otherwise fasten parts together by hand, or using hand tools or portable power tools.
• Read prints and use a tape measure as required.
• Tend machines and use tools, such as impact wrenches, to perform fastening operations on assembly line.
• Work at different work stations as production needs require.
• Work on line where tasks vary as different model moves along line or at a fixed station.
• Monitor assembly tasks and suggest quality improvements to the assembly/shipping manager.
• Follow all safety regulations and wear prescribed PPE.
