Job summary

Land Pride, a division of Great Plains Mfg, seeks a 1st Shift Assembler for its Lucas, Kansas facility. The role runs Monday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with overtime on Fridays as required.

You will assemble components on the production line and follow the daily build schedule. Candidates should read blueprints, measure parts with a tape, and safely use hand and power tools. Lean manufacturing principles guide daily tasks, and teamwork is essential to meet quality and productivity

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow daily build schedule.
• Bolt, clip, screw, or fasten parts by hand or with tools.
• Read prints and use a tape measure as required.
• Tend machines and use tools to assemble components.
• Work at different stations as production needs require.
• Suggest quality improvements to the assembly/shipping manager.
• Adhere to safety regulations and wear prescribed PPE.
