Job summary

Mom’s Meals is seeking a CCRTE Utility Support Associate to assist Machine Operators across blanching, fast freeze and bagging, and packaging areas to meet production requirements. The role includes completing assembly line tasks and ensuring products meet quality standards.

Candidates should be able to lift 20–50 lbs, assist with packaging, pallets, and labeling, and follow GMP and food safety guidelines in a temperature-controlled environment.

Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing experience
• Excellent performance and attendance record
• Good food safety record and GMP compliance
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying temperatures

Responsibilities

• Complete assembly line work across three areas: blanching, fast freeze, bagging and packaging
• Lift 20–50 lbs items at a rate consistent with production
• Ensure measurements, weights, sealing and labeling accuracy
• Assist in making boxes, stacking, wrapping pallets and moving products
• Operate with proper sanitation practices and GMP/food safety guidelines
