Job summary

Mom's Meals is seeking an CCRTE Utility Support Associate to assist Machine Operators across blanching, fast freeze, bagging, and packaging areas. Schedule is Monday–Thursday, 6:00am–4:00pm, on-site in Grinnell, IA.

You will perform assembly line tasks, lift 20–50 lbs, ensure accurate measurements and labeling, and support packaging and movement of products while maintaining GMP and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Complete assembly line work, lifting 20-50 lbs and maintaining production rate.
• Ensure accurate measurements, weights, and proper sealing/labeling of boxes and bags.
• Assist in packaging, pallet stacking, wrapping, and movement of products.
• Assist in sanitation of machinery with proper chemical handling.
• Follow GMP and food safety guidelines and USDA/FDA standards.
