Job summary

Danfoss in Easley, SC is seeking a 1st shift Assembler I to oversee the complete assembly process within a designated cell, from initial setup through final testing. This role operates Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with opportunities for overtime.

Qualifications

• Basic math and reading/writing skills are required.
• Experience with TPM/SMED is preferred.
• Familiarity with quality tools like PPAP, PFMEA, 8D, and Fishbone diagrams is expected.

Responsibilities

• Load and position valves into assembly fixtures with precision and move valves to workstations.
• Meet production targets and report shortages to supervisor.
• Interpret engineering blueprints and work instructions accurately.
