Job summary

Monroe Truck Equipment, an Aebi Schmidt brand located in Monroe WI, is seeking an ASSEMBLER to assemble metal products at a bench or on the shop floor. You will read assembly prints, position parts, and fasten components using bolts, screws, or rivets with various tools.

The position is for the 1st Shift and requires lifting up to 45 lbs and safely using hand, pneumatic, and power tools. Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Read and execute instructions as found on blueprints.
• Ability to read and understand a tape measure.
• Perform basic math.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 45 lbs.
• Safely use hand, air, pneumatic, and power tools, and machinery.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret assembly prints and bills of material.
• Gathers and positions materials and parts per documentation or verbal instruction.
• Fastens parts together with bolts, screws, rivets or other fasteners.
• Uses and operates pneumatic, electrical, and manual hand tools.
• Reports any issues with product or equipment to the department lead.
