Job summary

Monroe Truck Equipment, an Aebi Schmidt brand located in Monroe, WI, is seeking an assembly worker for the 1st shift to build metal products at the bench or shop floor. You will read blueprints, position parts, and fasten components using a variety of tools.

The role requires reading assembly prints, basic math, and the ability to lift up to 45 lbs. We offer benefits and a structured work environment in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret assembly prints and bills of material.
• Read and understand a tape measure.
• Perform basic math.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 45 lbs. without assistance.
• Safely use hand, air, pneumatic, and power tools.
• Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
