Job summary

Redline Plastics is seeking a production associate to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. If you enjoy working with power tools, paying attention to detail, and meeting daily production targets, this role is for you.

You’ll operate routers, drills, band saws and presses, keep a clean, safe workspace, record parts, and collaborate with teammates to hit parts-per-hour goals and quality standards. Onsite nurse and comprehensive benefits support your well-being.

Responsibilities

• Operate routers, flame torches, power drills, band saws, and drill presses to craft finished products that meet customer and quality standards.
• Detect and report any defects or issues, ensuring only top-quality parts move forward.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace to keep things running smoothly.
• Keep accurate records of finished parts and ensure they’re moved to the correct locations.
• Work closely with your teammates and accept guidance from leadership to meet production goals and expectations.
• Work efficiently to hit parts-per-hour goals while following customer specifications.

Physical Demands
