Job summary

Versant Media is seeking a Workplace IT Support Analyst, L1, to be the first point of contact for employees and partners requiring IT support. This role is onsite and requires a professional, customer-focused approach to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

You will handle a broad range of IT requests, maintain ownership, escalate complex problems when necessary, and work toward meeting team service targets with a proactive, client-centered mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience with common technologies including Windows, Mac OSX, Office 365, Active Directory, mobile device management, etc.
• Relevant IT Support Experience
• Willing to travel when needed
• Awareness of ITIL fundamentals
• Relevant experience in performing and managing clearly defined SLA targets

Responsibilities

• Provide support to customers via Phone, Chat, In Person, (Onsite and TechBar)
• Break Fix support for IT issues
• Fulfill or triage customer requests
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Understand Team targets and deliver to them
