Responsibilities

• Plan and use instructional strategies and materials that reflect diverse student needs.

• Plan and assign work to instructional aides and volunteers; supervise completion.
• Create a positive classroom environment and manage student behavior per codes and policies.
• Communicate with parents and families to support student growth and development.
