Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of experience in commercial or hospital central utility plant operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and control plant equipment (boilers, chillers, pumps, cooling towers).
• Service and repair boilers, chillers, generators daily.
• Coordinate outside contractor support when needed.
• Obtain approvals and document transactions.
• Complete monthly preventive maintenance work orders in CMMS.
• Record operational data and actions in logbook/electronic system.
