Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Maryland First Class Stationary Engineer License required.
• 1–2 years to 2–3 years of first class engineer experience; hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates and maintains boilers, chillers, pumps, air compressors and generators.
• Perform preventive maintenance on water/steam distribution and related systems.
• Record data, monitor EMS, and adjust treatment as needed.
• Provide professional customer service to patients, staff and physicians.
• Support continuous improvement and cost containment initiatives.
