Aerotek is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician for Taylor, PA and Carbondale, PA. The role focuses on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting in a high-speed packaging environment, performing preventative and corrective maintenance to keep production lines running smoothly.

The ideal candidate will work independently in real time, handle diverse equipment, and contribute to a stable, safe, and efficient operation. This is a contract-to-hire onsite position.

Job Description

We are seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician with experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, particularly in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of production equipment by performing preventative and corrective maintenance tasks. Working in a high-speed packaging, industrial environment where decision-making in real time is crucial to maintaining operations. The maintenance team plays a critical role in ensuring everything runs smoothly, requiring candidates to work independently and solve problems efficiently.

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all production and auxiliary production equipment.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on packaging machinery.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
