Aerotek is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for our climate-controlled industrial facility in Shakopee, MN. This full-time role offers top pay, steady hours, and growth opportunities across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.

You will maintain and repair production equipment, lead preventive maintenance efforts, and ensure safe, compliant operations in a food or beverage-adjacent environment. Overtime is available and benefits are comprehensive.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial manufacturing equipment.

What Youll Do

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for keeping production running safely and efficiently by maintaining and troubleshooting industrial equipment, including:

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial manufacturing equipment
• Maintain conveyors, mixers, ovens, and packaging lines
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
• Troubleshoot 3-phase motors, PLC-controlled systems, and VFDs
• Work with pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems

Job Type & Location

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70720.00 - $90000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
