Job summary

AdvisaCare is hiring a Home Health Aide (HHA) for the Spring Lake area to provide private-duty, one-on-one in-home care, helping clients stay safe and independent at home.

You will assist with personal care, companionship, transportation, and support, working with one client per shift to ensure quality care. Requirements include HS/GED, CPR, valid drivers license, reliable transportation, ability to travel within the service area, and passing a background check.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Valid drivers license required.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Strong communication skills expected.
• Ability to travel within the service area.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Pass a drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care, companionship, and support to clients in their own homes.
• Assist with daily living activities and mobility as needed.
• Build meaningful relationships and ensure safe, high-quality home care.

Your Role:

Provide hands-on personal care, companionship, and support to clients in the comfort of their own homes—while building meaningful relationships that truly matter.

1st (7am-7pm) and 3rd (7pm-7am) shift needs for a client with a spinal cord injury

Requirements:

• High School Graduate or GED
• Reliable transportation
• Valid Driver's License
• Work in a team responsibly and independently
• Good communication skills
• Ability to travel within the service area
