AdvisaCare is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides to provide in-home care for clients on a 4p-10p shift. Join a team focused on delivering personal care, companionship, and health support in a low-stress setting without crowded facilities.

Position requires a high school diploma or GED, reliable transportation, and ability to pass a background check. Excellent pay and a weekly paycheck accompany flexible scheduling and 24/7 staffing support.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED required.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client locations.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities and mobility.
• Provide hands-on personal care under supervision.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to supervising staff.
• Accompany patients to appointments or hospital visits as needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Administer simple prescribed medications as directed.

Responsibilities

• Accompany patients to doctors office or to hospital
• Administer simple prescribed medications
• Assist with clients personal care activities
• Monitor patients (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc) and report on their condition
• Assist patients with mobility and physical therapies/exercises
• Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support

• High School Graduate or GED
• Reliable transportation
• Valid Driver’s License
• Work in a team responsibly and independently
• Good communication skills
