Job summary

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required; technical diploma is a plus.
At least 1 year of hands-on diesel mechanic experience.
Computer literacy and willingness to learn our software systems.
Able to lift up to 100 pounds in a busy shop environment.
Own and maintain essential tools for heavy/hydraulic equipment maintenance.
Strong commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, and rebuild heavy-duty diesel trucks and rolling stock.
Use diagnostic software and power tools to diagnose and fix issues.
Plan and schedule repairs, procure parts, and keep a clean, organized workspace.
Mentor and orient new team members to the shop practices.
