• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of hands-on diesel mechanic experience.
• Computer literacy and ability to learn diagnostic software.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds in a dynamic shop environment.
• Owns and maintains essential tools for heavy equipment maintenance.
• Strong commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and rebuild heavy-duty diesel trucks and rolling stock.
• Use diagnostic software and a full range of power and hand tools.
• Plan repairs, procure parts, and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Mentor new team members and support training.
