The 2nd Shift schedule works 3:00pm - 1:00am, Monday - Thursday. Work takes place in a clean, well‑lit manufacturing facility designed for bench assembly of medium‑voltage drives and transformers. The facility is brand new and serves as a major operations center, with significant planned growth and job expansion over the next several years. You will work in small teams on the production floor, using standard manufacturing tools and equipment in a structured, safety‑focused environment. Steel‑toe footwear and safety glasses are required as part of the dress code, reflecting a strong emphasis on workplace safety and compliance.
