Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a skilled mobile equipment technician to inspect, diagnose, and repair large mining and construction fleets across our U.S. operations.

You will perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot complex hydraulic, electrical, and drivetrain systems to maximize uptime and safety. Qualifications

• Experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing heavy mobile equipment in industrial/mining/quarry environments.
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and powertrains.
• Commitment to safety and ability to read technical manuals and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair mobile heavy equipment including haul trucks, loaders, excavators, dozers, and support equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability, safety, and operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic, drivetrain, and engine systems to minimize downtime.
• Complete work orders, maintenance documentation, and equipment inspections accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to support safe and continuous plant production.
