Job summary

ProRecruiters is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join a growing and dynamic team in Claremore, OK. You will assist with upkeep, troubleshooting, repair, and continuous improvement of manufacturing equipment and systems.

The role requires 3+ years of maintenance experience, hands-on use of machine shop tools, and the ability to lift 50 pounds. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 4:30pm–1:00am, with weekend/on-call flexibility.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Hands-on experience using manual machine shop tools for fabrication and repair.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist with upkeep, troubleshooting, repair, and continuous improvement of equipment and systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment, tools, and facility systems.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment performance.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies.
• Assist in maintaining spare parts inventory and requisition supplies when necessary.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns promptly and provide effective troubleshooting.
• Support facility maintenance, including lighting, HVAC, plumbing, and structural repairs.
