We are looking for an Incident Manager to join our growing team onsite in Oakland, CA, United States.

Job Description:

• Manage IT service disruptions and coordinate with teams to restore services within agreed SLAs.
• Determine incident severity and priority, coordinate response efforts, and ensure timely resolution.
• Develop and implement incident response procedures, adhere to ITIL best practices, and analyze trends for improvement.
• Oversee the incident management process, including ticket triaging and resolution, focusing on high-impact incidents.
• Handle incidents and service requests as part of IT support, ensuring resolution and documentation.
• Lead change management activities, evaluate change impact and organizational readiness, and support training and communication.
• Evaluate Requests for Change (RFCs), impact, resources, and organizational readiness, leveraging CAB expertise.
