We have a new opportunity to join our Advisory Resource Management team as we continue to add integral capabilities and tools to support Cherry Bekaert’s growth.
As a Resource Manager you are collaborating with executive and staff-level professionals in this highly visible role. As a Resource Manager you will implement leadership strategies while executing the scheduling function for your team to include staff allocation, conflict resolution, and alignment of career goals. In this role will provide accurate and timely report analysis related to projected/actual hours, utilization and headcount at both an organizational level and detailed level for practice employees; monitor over and under-utilized individuals and develop actions to balance workload and reporting. You will collaborate with talent acquisition and People & Culture to boost the effectiveness of RM efforts.
Last but not least, you are a key contributor to the practice’s financial performance by effectively aligning resources to clients' needs while maintaining operational efficiency and keeping a focus on the development, growth and satisfaction of our people. You may also serve as a Career Advisor to our service line senior resource coordinators.

Starting hourly rate for this position is $74,670- $145,000 per year. Individual offers will take into consideration experience, location, and budget.
