Responsibilities

• Serve as an Operations SME and Joint Forces Planner for training, test and evaluation activities.
• Develop and integrate operational scenarios, mission profiles and CONOPS for joint environments.
• Coordinate manned/unmanned aviation, ISR, C2, fires, and multi-domain capabilities into tests.
• Support test planning, data collection and assessment of system capabilities.
• Identify gaps and translate results into actionable recommendations.

Essential Job Duties (not all-inclusive):

• Serve as an Operations SME and Joint Forces Planner, providing military aviation expertise to support joint training, test, and evaluation activities.
• Develop and integrate operationally realistic scenarios, mission profiles, CONOPS, and training objectives representative of joint and contested environments.
• Coordinate manned/unmanned aviation, ISR, C2, fires, and multi-domain capabilities into test events and exercises.
• Support test planning, mission execution, data collection, and operational assessment to evaluate system capabilities and mission effectiveness.
• Identify capability gaps, operational risks, and lessons learned, translating results into actionable recommendations for tactics, training, and future test requirements.

Salary Range: $107,000 - $142,000 annually.
