Job summary

PTR Global is seeking a Jr Recruiter in Pocahontas, AR to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. The ideal candidate will recruit for a variety of positions, collaborate with hiring managers, source and screen candidates, and coordinate interviews while maintaining recruitment records.

Onsite commitment is required (1 day on site), with relocation at own expense being acceptable. US citizen/GC-EAD/L2-EAD only, with conversion salary of 75K + bonus upon successful conversion.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Trainable and eager to learn new skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Previous recruiting experience is a plus but not required.
