Job summary

Bost Inc is seeking part-time DSPs to work directly with individuals and families to support daily living activities at home, including meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care.

You will accompany clients on outings, provide transportation as needed, and support therapeutic plans in coordination with clinical staff to improve quality of life. Work on Saturdays and Sundays, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance.
• Background check, reference check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home assistance with activities of daily living (e.g., meal preparation, medication administration, personal care).
• Support individuals in the community by accompanying them to outings.
• Provide transportation to work or activities as needed.
• Support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff to enhance quality of life.

Bost is excited to announce that we are seeking part time DSPs to work directly with individuals and their families to help support and maximize the individual’s quality of life by providing in home assistance with activities of daily living, such as meal preparation and planning; medication administration; and personal care. DSPs also facilitate community involvement by accompanying

individuals on outings in the community or providing transportation to work or other activities. In addition, DSP’s support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff to enhance the quality of life.

Workdays/Hours: Saturday and Sunday 8:00 AM-8:00 PM

Pay Rate: 1:1 Rate: $14.00 per hour

Group Rate: $16.00 per hour
