Job summary

Bost, Inc. is seeking part-time Direct Support Professionals to work in-home with individuals and their families, helping to maximize quality of life through daily living assistance such as meal prep, medication administration and personal care.

DSPs also support community involvement and transportation to activities. They work with clinical staff to implement therapeutic and behavioral plans; hours include Saturday and Sunday shifts as specified.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• Pass a background check, reference check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) including meal preparation and planning, medication administration, and personal care.
• Support individuals by facilitating community involvement and transportation to activities or work.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to support and implement therapeutic and behavioral plans.

Bost is excited to announce that we are seeking part time DSPs to work directly with individuals and their families to help support and maximize the individual's quality of life by providing in home assistance with activities of daily living, such as meal preparation and planning; medication administration; and personal care. DSPs also facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings in the community or providing transportation to work or other activities. In addition, DSPs support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff to enhance the quality of life.

Workdays/Hours: Saturday 7:00 AM-3:00 PM and Sunday 11:00 AM-5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $13.00/hr
