Job summary

Bost Inc. is seeking part-time DSPs to work directly with individuals and families, delivering in-home support with daily living activities, meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care.

DSPs also enable community participation and coordinate transportation when needed. The role runs Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM with pay rates of $14.00 per hour for 1:1 work and $16.00 per hour for group rate.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• Pass a background check, reference check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home assistance with activities of daily living, including meal preparation and planning, medication administration, and personal care.
• Assist individuals with transportation to work or activities and accompany them on community outings when needed.
• Support and implement therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff.

Bost is excited to announce that we are seeking part time DSPs to work directly with individuals and their families to help support and maximize the individual’s quality of life by providing in home assistance with activities of daily living, such as meal preparation and planning; medication administration; and personal care. DSPs also facilitate community involvement by accompanying

individuals on outings in the community or providing transportation to work or other activities. In addition, DSP’s support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff to enhance the quality of life.

Workdays/Hours: Saturday and Sunday 8:00 AM-10:00 PM

Pay Rate: 1:1 Rate: $14.00 per hour

Group Rate: $16.00 per hour
