Bost Inc. is seeking part-time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to assist individuals in their homes with daily living activities, including meal prep, personal care, and medication administration.

DSPs will also help with community outings and transportation, working with clinical staff on behavioral plans to enhance quality of life. Shifts are Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with pay rates at $14.00/hr for 1:1 care and $16.00/hr for group rate.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance required.
• Pass a background check, reference check and drug screening.

Responsabilidades

• Provide in-home assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as meal preparation and planning, personal care, and transportation.
• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Support individuals and families to maximize quality of life and independence.
• Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or providing transportation to activities.
• Support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff.

Bost is excited to announce that we are seeking part time DSPs to work directly with individuals and their families to help support and maximize the individual’s quality of life by providing in home assistance with activities of daily living, such as meal preparation and planning; medication administration; and personal care. DSPs also facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings in the community or providing transportation to work or other activities. In addition, DSP’s support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff to enhance the quality of life.

Workdays/Hours: Saturday and Sunday 8:00 AM-8:00 PM

Pay Rate:1:1 rate: $14.00/hr

Group Rate: $16.00/hr
