Job summary

Bost Inc in Fort Smith, AR is seeking full-time DSPs to work directly with individuals and their families to support and maximize quality of life through in-home assistance with daily living activities, meal preparation, medication administration and personal care. DSPs also facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or providing transportation; support therapeutic and behavioral plans with clinical staff.

Workdays: Sunday through Tuesday 6:00 AM–6:00 PM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• Pass a background check, reference check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living activities at home.
• Provide meal preparation and planning.
• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Facilitate community involvement and transportation to activities.
• Support therapeutic and behavioral plans with clinical staff.

Bost is excited to announce that we are seeking full time DSPs to work directly with individuals and their families to help support and maximize the individual’s quality of life by providing in home assistance with activities of daily living, such as meal preparation and planning; medication administration; and personal care. DSPs also facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings in the community or providing transportation to work or other activities. In addition, DSP’s support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff to enhance the quality of life.

Workdays/Hours: Sunday through Tuesday 6:00 AM-6:00 PM

Pay Rate: $13.50 per hour
