Job summary

Bost Inc. is seeking full-time Direct Support Professionals to assist individuals and families with daily living activities at home in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Responsibilities include meal prep, medication administration, personal care, and facilitating community involvement with outings or transportation as needed.

Shifts run Friday through Sunday from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The position pays $13.50 per hour and requires a valid driver’s license, background and drug screenings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance required.
• Background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home assistance with activities of daily living (e.g., meal preparation and planning).
• Administer medications as directed.

Bost is excited to announce that we are seeking full time DSPs to work directly with individuals and their families to help support and maximize the individual’s quality of life by providing in home assistance with activities of daily living, such as meal preparation and planning; medication administration; and personal care. DSPs also facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings in the community or providing transportation to work or other activities. In addition, DSP’s support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff to enhance the quality of life.

Workdays/Hours: Friday through Sunday 7:00 PM-7:00 AM

Pay Rate: $13.50/hr
